Below is an aerial view of the plot in the Cape Peninsula National Park  that Vineyard Hotel & Spa have adopted. The 8.5 hectare area is outlined in red on the map. Once a month, a vineyard team under the supervision of Chris Van Zyl, spend a day working hard,  removing the alien vegetation growing in this area in an effort to allow the indigenous flora & fauna of the Cape a chance to flourish.
