We are thrilled to announce the programme for Tastes of 2017, which will celebrate wines from estates along the route Lady Anne Barnard took on her exploration of the Western Cape, and the bounty of fresh ingredients available to our chefs.

Each of these highly anticipated dinners focuses on a particular wine estate, a wine district or group of wine growers. Prior to each, the chosen wines are tasted with an array of ingredients, and the combinations that best highlight the exceptional qualities of each wine are assessed. Our chefs then create a delectable menu around these ingredients. The result is a culinary triumph. And great fun as the dinners are led by representatives of the wine estates, in association with our chefs.
