    How do I find my meeting or conference room?

    For larger venues like Summerhouse and Camphor, please follow signage to our dedicated Conference Centre reception. All other meeting rooms are located on the upper level and are clearly marked with digital signage. Our team is always nearby to assist if you’re unsure.

    Can you adjust the temperatures in the venues?

    We aim to keep each venue comfortably climate-controlled for the group as a whole. If adjustments are needed, your event coordinator can liaise with us directly to find the best balance.

    Do you have a generator for loadshedding?

    Yes, all venues and hotel services are fully supported by generator power, so your event can continue without interruption during loadshedding cycles.

    What happens to leftover food after the event?

    Through our partnership with U-Turn, we donate safe, surplus food to support local feeding programmes. It’s one way we reduce waste and give back meaningfully.

    What is the room or equipment capacity?

    Capacities vary depending on your layout and technical requirements. Your event coordinator will guide you through the best fit for your setup.

    Are there quieter areas for coffee breaks?

    Yes. In addition to venue foyers and terrace areas, our expansive gardens offer many peaceful spots—think secluded benches, shaded chairs around the Bosch fountain, and open lawns. Long Café also offers a relaxed indoor option for coffee and light bites. Let your coordinator know what suits your group best.

    Is there parking available for all conference attendees?

    Parking is complimentary and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Alternatively, using a ride service like Uber is a convenient option, with frequent pickups and drop-offs at the hotel.
