Join us on 27 July for our paired dinner with John & Tasha Seccombe, from Thorne & Daughters and Gavin Bruwer from B-Vintners. John Seccombe describes Thorne & Daughters’ winemaking as “old school simplicity with a modern edge,” putting together old vineyard parcels with new grape varieties. Cousins Gavin Bruwer and Bruwer Raats from B Vintners Vine Exploration Co. says that the aim of their winemaking is to tell the story of the heritage of the South African wine industry. || Booking is essential. Breakfast offers an extensive fresh buffet selection to please all breakfast tastes, as well as hot to-order traditional breakfast favourites with every accompaniment. Health meals, fruit plates and continental meat/cheese/patisserie platters, teas and barista coffees are available.
