Our Tastes of 2018 wine-paired dinners will focus on the exciting wines of 11 independent, trail-blazing winemakers. These men and women are not swayed by fashion but by an abiding passion for their vocation and the alchemy they conjure in their cellars. In addition, we will host two dinners with our wine partners and Friends of the Vineyard, an MCC festival, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay dinner, Pinot Noir Festival and a Pretty in Pink Rose Showcase.

Join our ethical eating journey. We are giving exposure to farmers who espouse our values of sustainable production, and Chef Carl is crafting special menus using their produce. These dinners will focus on healthy eating, quality ingredients, and seasonal produce, and will change weekly to showcase each new producer. Choose two courses for R250, or three courses for R285. Dinner explores unique South African flavours, from Karoo Lamb and grass-fed Beef, to local seafood, along with fresh sushi, delightful sweets, cheeses and dessert wines. Our multi-award-winning wine list showcases vintages from the Hotel’s iconic wine partners and other top Cape estates.
