Simply Square, farm-to-fork dinner special
Every week we give exposure to a farmer who’s sustainable production values match our own. From their produce, Chef Carl crafts a special menu focused on healthy eating, quality ingredients, and seasonal produce.
The menu changes weekly to showcase new farmers. Choose two courses for R250, or three courses for R285. The Simply Square dinner special is available Monday to Sunday, from 18h00 to 22h00 at The Square restaurant.

This week’s producer: Farmer Angus
Our first Farm to Fork dinner menu showcases bio-ethical Farmer Angus from the Stellenbosch area. His produce is farmed in an environmentally responsible manner. His chickens are free to range through fields, his cows are free to roam, and his outdoor pigs free to root. The cows are moved to fresh grazing four times a day, the chickens every day and the pigs approximately every three days. Pastures are only regrazed every six weeks. Our Farmer Angus Farm To Fork menu features his beef, eggs, biltong, sirloin, pork rump and pork-and-herb bangers. The Farmer Angus Menu is available for one week only!
