Chef Carl van Rooyen has unveiled his 2016 Christmas menus and we’re getting excited in anticipation of this always happy (and delicious) occasion.

The only question is how on earth will guests at our Christmas Lunch Buffet choose?

There will be roast leg of lamb with thyme and smoked paprika garlic butter, spiced maple-glazed kassler loin, turkey and duck ballotine, grilled linefish and prawns; side dishes include spinach and ricotta tortellini, roast vegetables, steamed Brussels sprouts with toasted almond flakes … and all the trimmings and sauces, of course.

We haven’t even mentioned the starters and puddings!
