Showcasing a mixture of traditional classics and modern favourites, there is sure to be a dish for every palate and taste on this special menu. With two options per course, guests can savour Asian-inspired pork and spring onion dim sum, baked line fish with a feta and herb crust and dark chocolate tarts with peppermint crisp ice cream – that is, if anyone can look past the main attraction of roast sirloin with mustard and parsley butter!
