This fabulously French affair, will be an intimate dinner, pairing continental wines with a locally-inspired menu. “With a view to celebrating the unforgettable tastes of France, we are excited to be hosting this wine-paired dinner in partnership with The Reciprocal Wine Trading Company and Riedel Glassware,” said Matt Deitchman, Food and Beverage Manager. “Wines for the night have been carefully selected from across five of the finest French wine-making regions and will be complimented by a noteworthy menu that will add a proudly South African element to the evening.”

The wines will be supplied in partnership with Reciprocal Wine Trading Company, which is South Africa’s oldest fine wine importer, as well as the importer and distributor of Riedel Glassware.

Riedel, as any oenophile will know, is the ideal stemware for wine appreciation and makes the perfect receptacle from which to sip and sample the glorious French flavours that will be served at this uniquely intercontinental evening.

For guests to fully enjoy their evening there’s an accommodation special exclusively for those joining us for the Tastes of France. Rates from R2 535 per single room and R2 890 for a double include the Taste of 2016 dinner and breakfast. Valid for 27 November 2015.
